Event Planning

Planning to Production. Programming to Event Management.

Typically this might include arranging an assortment of acts or other entertainment, such as side-shows or fireworks, or could be any aspect of event production such as arranging infrastructure, from staging and tents to security and toilets!

We are experienced in programming street entertainment, festivals, live music and family entertainment for both one-off events and seasonal schedules. We can liaise with the relevant authorities and produce risk assessments where necessary.

We belong to the AFO
Association of Festival Organisers.

Other Acts

We are not an Entertainment Agency but can offer advice and programming skills.

Our specialisation is in Street Arts, Circus Acts, Arena Acts, Live Music, Family Entertainment and other Live Performance Arts. We have contacts with a huge range of acts and, as much as possible, we deal directly with the artists. The way we work is to try and match your requirements and budgets with the appropriate acts, the vast majority of whom will be known to us.

We keep as up to date as possible and try to program creatively and not just as "Rent-an-Act".
